🧑🎓 Entry Requirements
Academic: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent) in Theology, Leadership, Business, or related field.
Spiritual: Active ministry involvement (leadership, teaching, intercession, evangelism).
Professional: Minimum 2 years of leadership or vocational experience.
Language: Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent for non-native speakers).
Personal: Written testimony (300–500 words) outlining spiritual journey and leadership calling.
