Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Construction, Theology, or related field
Active ministry or professional involvement
Minimum 2 years of leadership, property, or finance experience
English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
Personal testimony (300–500 words) outlining spiritual journey and motivation for property investment
